Ton T.B. has been active in the industry for more than 20 years and is still best known for his productions under the moniker of Three Drives. With this act he brought the world such massive club hits as Greece2000, Sunset On Ibiza, Carrera 2 and Air Traffic; classics that still find their way to the dance floors. Ton T.B.’s music was licensed to upfront international labels like Hooj Choons, Xtravaganza, VC Recordings and Vandit Records.
Together with his partner in music Erik de Koning, Ton T.B. released his output under various pseudonyms and many will immediately recognize the familiar names Tangled Universe, Department 1, Legal Traders and Three Drives.
Already in the very early days of his career, Ton T.B. had several residencies in The Netherlands.
It was in those venues where he carefully built his reputation, eventually harvesting assignments for renowned festivals such as Dance Valley, Trance Energy, Impulz Outdoor and Mysteryland.
His performances caught the attention of international promoters and soon Ton T.B. rocked world famous clubs like Space Miami, Turnmills London, Heaven London, Centro Jakarta, Glow Washington DC, Trance Club Heaven in Los Angeles, El Divino and the world’s biggest club: Privilege Ibiza.
Ton T.B. signed with Black Hole Recordings for various projects.
His most notable tracks are “Electronic Malfunction”, which was hammered by Tiësto at his In Concert events and “Dream Machine” featuring the vocals of Alexander Perls.
Again it was Tiësto who picked it up and played it for months during his world tours. “Dream Machine” was remixed by Marco V and Estuera and even made it to Tune Of The Month in DJ Magazine.
His most recent Three Drives single “Feel the Rhythm” made it to Tiësto’s In Search Of Sunrise 7 mix compilation and under his own name Ton T.B. released the successful cuts “Headrush” and “Calculating Darkness”.
Ton T.B. has become a household name in the progressive/trance scene and he is still active in the music industry, rocking dance floors from coast to coast – also in 2012!
